The room is not clean and the facilities are not good.

I understand that this is a 4-star hotel, so I had quite high expectations for the quality of the rooms. I booked 4 rooms, and all of them had issues with cleanliness and maintenance. I think the bathroom cleanliness still has room for improvement, especially in some corners of the shower area, which looked like they needed more attention. Furthermore, there were some cracked and peeling paint on the walls, the carpet looked faded in some areas, and the countertops showed signs of needing maintenance to improve their appearance. Overall, I saw room for improvement in the condition of the rooms to make them feel more well-maintained and comfortable. I hope the hotel can refresh and upgrade the room facilities to improve the guest experience and meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.

The service was very bad, the queue at the reception was long because there were only 2 staff for a very large number of hotel rooms & at 4 pm we still couldn't check in because the room wasn't ready.

Good, a little far from the city center

The TV in the room was dead.. Lots of mosquitoes, dusty room.. Not soundproof. The TV was dead, they said it was hit by lightning.. Wi-Fi was not working, the pool was under maintenance. Sorry to be honest, this is not yet suitable for a 4-star class, because the employees complained about their service fees and late salary payments 🙈

The electricity in the room kept going on and off throughout my stay, the AC was not cold because the electricity was not normal, the room did not match the price, it was very simple, the car park access to the room was too far and uphill, difficult for elderly people.

The location is slightly uphill. The hotel rooms are quite clean, and the staff is friendly. However, many menu items are not available outside of breakfast hours.

It's about 5-7 kilometers from the city center. This hotel is perfect for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. It's family-friendly. I got a room right in front of the pool. The kids loved it. There's plenty of space to get around. It's just quiet at night.

Just a little advice, why do 5 year old children have to pay for breakfast?

The room was actually nice and spacious. However, the cleanliness was very lacking. Much of the furniture and appliances were broken and unrepaired. The showerhead was broken, amenities were missing, soap wasn't refilled, the standing lamp was crooked, and there was a lot of dust on the door, table, windows, and mirror. The staff was friendly, but the room cleanliness could be improved. Especially considering the high price of accommodation, it's a shame to have such poor cleanliness and facilities.
