Staff members are so professional and courteous.

This hotel is close to Jiyugaoka Station. Surrounded by many many restaurants. Lits of shopping too. I recommend this hotel enthusiastically

Wonderful hotel in Jiyugaoka. The room was super clean and comfortable. Huge bath (ohuro)with a separate room for toilet. Fantastic staff at the front desk as well as people cleaning the rooms. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely use it again when we come back to Tokyo.

Good size room,well equipped,quiet. Only issue for a non Japanese is that all instructions are in japanese

Staff were friendly and helpful, but not all had sufficient English to communicate with us well. Superb location 3 minutes’ walk from Jiyugaoka station in the heart of bustling streets with everything visitors could need. Our room was spacious and met all our needs.

The hotel is clean, staff are nice, walking distance to train stations, shops and restaurants.

The staff were very helpful . We had grandchildren visiting and they were made welcome. We appreciated the microwave

A small hotel in a fashionable area of Tokyo away from the centre. Rooms are small but adequate. Friendly staff made our stay comfortable. Will stay again.

Really excellent hotel and well priced hotel in a vibrant area. We stayed for 4 nights and were very happy. Clean and well kept with friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient with Jiyūgaoka station only 2 minutes walk away. Definitely recommend.
