I stayed some time ago, just for transit because my train was at night. Initially I got room 1705 and the AC wasn't cold, it was really hot. I contacted the receptionist and had it checked by a technician. The technician said everything was normal, maybe because of the room layout that made the AC feel not cold. We were asked to wait. Then I just walked around with the AC in the room on, hoping that when I got home the AC would be cold because everything was normal. After 3-4 hours I spent time at the mall and returned to the room, it was really stuffy and hot! In addition, some of my food was swarmed with ants. Finally, I reported to the receptionist again to ask for a room change. Thankfully after 45 minutes we were moved to a cool and clean room 1726. My suggestion is to repair room 1705 and retrain the technician who handled it because they couldn't differentiate between a broken AC and a working AC. To the reception staff who helped find a room, we are grateful. The hotel is strategically located because it is connected to Solo Paragon. But for a hotel of its class that has access to a mall, I think the facilities need improvement.
