It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

Overall this hotel is okay. Clean and strategic location. Friendly hotel staff. But there are some things need to be improved, like furniture too old and some parts need to be repaired. Sink and mirror are too short, that's not okay. Fitness tools are too old and broken, lots of tools need to be repaired. Swimming pool too crowded, no social distancing.

A nice hotel in the city centre and closed to paragon mall. 2 times stayed here and always good service. also staff very helpful.

Sepertinya perlu perawatan besar2an utk bisa lebih nyaman. Saya tinggal 2 malam di kamar deluxe, kamar mandi bau, AC tidak merata ke seluruh ruangan, sprei dll juga perlu diperbarui. Menu dan rasa masakan perlu ditingkatkan. Kami pilih hotel ini karena dekat mall.

This hotel is friendly for children with a large swimming pool and my child really likes swimming, as well as the food is delicious. My suggestion regarding the facilities in the room, maybe change the TV to be bigger so we can watch TV comfortably and add more channels to the best channels. My.

Staff was very informative and polite. Location next to the Solo Paragon mall, very easy to reach if you need something or just spend your time watching cinema with your family. Very good taste breakfast. But TV channel and device are 👎.
