Regarding linen (bed sheets & blankets), we ensure that it is clean because every time it is finished being used, we wash it directly by our laundry using special linen cleaning chemicals, detergents and also special fragrances for linen which will make the linen clean and fragrant after being washed and ready to be set up in the room so the stains are not dirty because they are not washed or not cleaned but old stains that have been cleaned but cannot be removed immediately and for the cleanliness of the room we apologize if there are still some dirty areas, we will use it as an evaluation material for our team's performance so that it does not happen again in the future. Regarding our hotel regulations, one room can only be occupied by a maximum of 2 adults, but when checking in it turned out that there were 3 adults and as per the rules that apply in our hotel when checking in the officer has also conveyed during the check-in process. And this rule is also stated in this booking application. Every hotel must have regulations or policies for guests at the hotel, for that please be wiser to understand the regulations that have been previously informed.
