Overall Ratings & Reviews New World Phu Quoc Resort

New World's service is quite good. However, I am not satisfied with the design of the 4-bedroom villa. The bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen are not connected, the doors of the rooms are outward, inconvenient for moving from room to room when you have to go outside the air conditioner continuously, not to mention it's raining. If it's loud / sunny, walking like that is very harmful to health. Due to the discrete rooms, the area of the rooms is very small, including the living room. The 4-bedroom apartment can accommodate about 10 people (including children) but the living room is very small, there is not enough seating for everyone.

5 star standard in terms of staff, rooms, facilities, breakfast, landscape. Kayaking and cycling. Will come back if I have the chance. Thank you!

Dịch vụ tuyệt vời. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo, hỗ trợ Khách nhiệt tình và xếp khu nghỉ hợp lý, tiện đi ra các khu vực lân cận của resort. Phù hợp với gia đình và trẻ nhỏ. Buffet sáng nhiều món, nhân viên đào tạo chuyên nghiệp, nhưng chưa hợp khẩu vị lắm.

My family especially my parents loved the resort, and all the staff who supported us very well and warmheartedly. Thank you so much for the super pleasant experiences during Tet (our 1st time ever Tet with traveling that made it extra special)!

Very good service. I appreciate the way that staff behave with customers. When I see staff, the thing I received is “Hello” from almost all staff. Although that is a small action, I highly appreciate with the way they greet customers. What a good trip at New World Resort! Some feedback:+ One thing I would like to say is the bathroom does not have a carpet in front, so when I finished taking shower, the floor is wet and I can't make my foot dry.+ Buffet line has a number of dishes but the dishes just slightly change the menu among 2 days. So I highly recommand The Bay Kitchen change menu between two days more usually. Rate: 9 out of 10.

Quá tuyệt vời về mọi mặt, đi về mà vẫn còn mê mẫn nơi đây

Phục vụ chuẩn 5 sao, mình đi vào dịp Tết đông full phòng nên một vài dịch vụ không còn slot để sử dụng nhưng nói chung vẫn rất ok. Bufet sáng ăn bình thường.
