The hotel staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, the location is quite good with mountain views, but it would be better if the trees that block the mountain view were trimmed, I stayed on the 2nd floor, it was a bit blocked by the trees. Other than that, it's okay, if possible, provide a gym

I stay in Family Loft, which have sofa bed that can fit 2 kids, however no blanket provided and only 1 spare pillow available. It would better they can be provided by default in the room according to the capacity of sofa bed (2 kids). Also, I need to pay extra my 11 old years kid for breakfast. The breakfast for Family Loft Room should be by default cover a family that fit the room (King Bed for 2 adults + Sofa Bed for 2 kids).

A very beautiful hotel, I never get bored staying here, everything is good, everything is okay, it's just a shame that yesterday the bedcover I stayed in was a bit worn, the color was no longer bright, apart from that, there were no problems, I want to always stay here again, hopefully there will always be good fortune.

Excellent hotel, staffs were very friendly especially with the shuttle services. I appreciate the warm pool at the rooftop, the breakfast was great as well, ambience was really nice, a lot of kids activities as well, room was clean as well eventhough a bit small in my opinion. For gym, need to go to Pesona Alam hotel, but it's well maintained, and the kids playground are very nice as well. The only input if I can give is only the flexibility of the check-in time. I hope guest come a bit earlier like 1 hour before, should have the room prepared, instead of literally wait until 3 pm. Overall, me and my son had a great time staying at Botanica, and will definitely come back again.

The hotel is good, 5 stars. I came here by motorbike, thank God I was welcomed well by the staff and security. The room is nice and modern, but the soundproofing is lacking, the sound from the next room can be heard into my room. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the swimming pool is good, there is a hot water pool, the kids are happy, next time I come here again

comfortable, peaceful, friendly staff..makes you feel at home..2 days here seems like it's not enough..but the swimming pool is really cold but it's still okay. because the view from the swimming pool is soothing to the eyes..after that you can soak in the hot water pool..awesome..

This is my first time staying here and I love it! Let’s start with the staff first. They were very helpful and friendly. They look clean and proper as well. The room is not too big but comfort. The balcony is spacious. I really love it. The window is big, the bathtub also big and comfort. The room is clean and lovely. The restaurant has a good price and the taste of the food is ok. The sushi is good but the striploin is not easy to cut, but the mashed potato is amazing. I love staying here and definitely will come back. Overall, I had a wonderful experience during my stay.
