Everything is just perfect. Amazing comfy bedroom, super complete facilities and awesome food with various dishes from Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, American, English and so on. Their staff are very friendly, helpful, kind and thoughtful. Amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Botanica Sanctuary. The receptionist, Mas Yonathan, was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile for our convenience. We requested a connecting door for our rooms, and he gave us a free upgrade to accommodate our request! He also provided a baby crib for our baby to sleep. The amenities in the rooms are very nice. The breakfast was delicious and the staffs were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place and will come back later.

Had most pleasant stayed in Valley Suite at The Botanica. Spacious room, nice view, comfortable bathroom & the amenities. The foods also tasty.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Botanica Sanctuary that exceeded my expectations in every way, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by two staff members: Agatha and Bachtiar. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted warmly by Agatha, who was incredibly helpful in getting me settled into my room and providing me with information about the hotel's amenities. Especially with the wonderful offer to upgrade our room. Throughout my stay, Agatha was always available to answer my questions and assist me with any requests I had. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction were truly outstanding. Bachtiar, too, was an invaluable asset during my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed, from arranging transportation to recommending local restaurants and attractions. His knowledge of the area was truly impressive, and he was always happy to share his insights with me. In terms of the hotel itself, I couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in the area. And I must give special thanks to Agatha and Bachtiar for making my stay so memorable and enjoyable

I recently stayed at this hotel and while I didn't have the opportunity to explore it fully due to the weather not being very cooperative during my visit, I can say that I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early, even though I had only given them short notice. This level of customer service was much appreciated and made my stay much more comfortable. While I wasn't able to take advantage of all of the amenities and facilities at the hotel, I could tell that it was well-maintained and offered a great deal of comfort and convenience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and for making my stay a great experience!
