The hotel is just perfect, that's why I repeat my booking there several times these last 4 months.

I always stay at this hotel because it is close to Pasar Turi Station, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food suits my taste, quite varied.

The staff is very nice. There are pillows in the room. The Wi-Fi is fast. Unfortunately, watching RCTI is a bit choppy.

Dear Ibis Surabaya Tidar team, I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay. The reception staff were very helpful and responsive. Although we booked a non-smoking room and the hotel was initially fully booked, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. When we encountered an issue with the room's odor, which seemed like a leftover smell of cigarette smoke, the staff kindly offered to change the room, considering my wife's pregnancy. Furthermore, when we needed an iron, the staff provided prompt and courteous service. Overall, our stay was outstanding, and we appreciate the efforts made by your team. Thank you.
