I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay. The reception staff were very helpful and responsive. Although we booked a non-smoking room and the hotel was initially fully booked, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. When we encountered an issue with the room's odor, which seemed like a leftover smell of cigarette smoke, the staff kindly offered to change the room, considering my wife's pregnancy. Furthermore, when we needed an iron, the staff provided prompt and courteous service. Overall, our stay was outstanding, and we appreciate the efforts made by your team.
