For those who want to stay near Tunjungan Plaza, I highly recommend this place. It's only 5 minutes to TP, the staff and hotel were very amazing and beautiful ❤️

Ibis made my business trip more comfy. As my expectation, Ibis served the best in providing high standard of hospitality. Nice and clean room. Location very strategic to local culinary district.

The first hotel I stayed in when I first went to Surabaya, even though the hotel room was a bit small but this hotel is highly recommended because the service is friendly, I didn't ask for my room to be cleaned but when my family returned to the hotel, the room was always tidied up and cleaned, the view from the room window was very good, the bathroom was clean and complete with toiletries including a hairdryer, the TV was big and there were lots of drawers to store belongings. The gym was clean, the menu choices in the restaurant were varied and delicious. In short, this 3-star hotel but the best in the middle of Surabaya is Ibis Surabaya Tidar. Next time I go back to Surabaya, I still want to stay here. Thank you Ibis Surabaya Tidar for the comfort for our family during our long vacation to Surabaya❤️❤️

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the location is near the city center, the hotel ambience was nice, so many greens and the lobby area is nice, the room was clean, they provided bolster too! They prepare everything I requested from the app.

This hotel is perfect for business trips, but it's also great for a simple staycation. Overall, it's very good: clean, comfortable beds, and complete amenities. It only has cable TV, not a smart TV.

All requests were met, thank you. Friendly service, delicious breakfast, but lacking in variety. The Wi-Fi was smooth, and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so finding dinner was easy, and it's close to TP and BG Junction. I was a little surprised that the kettle in my room hadn't been cleaned; it still had water from the previous guest. Hopefully, housekeeping will be more thorough in cleaning the room in the future. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay at Ibis Tidar.

Solo trip, there are events that must be arranged all by yourself, it turns out that staying here feels like being with family and it is also fun to interact with all the kind hotel staff and feel their presence in greetings and quick movements when needing access to the laundry, cafe when entertaining clients or the private spa facilities.

The food is not very varied, the taste is just okay, the pillows are hard, I got a pillow that looked like it had just been washed, so it was lumpy, sleeping was uncomfortable, not sound, the towels smelled, like the smell of boiled water from chicken livers and gizzards.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and serving us. The price was also reasonable for its proximity to the city center. Cleanliness was quite good, although the bathroom floor was still quite slippery. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay at Ibis Tidar.
