The service was excellent. We stayed here for three nights, and on the first night, we were disturbed by the sound of workers drilling in the building next door in the early hours of the morning. We requested a room change, and the hotel agreed, switching us to the highest floor. The staff was friendly, and best of all, the location is strategic, offering direct access to the BXC mall.

Super comfy, bed is large, location is very well located, nestled within a Mall which has all the facility we need. Close to toll road and easy access almost from anywhere. Downside is the basement parking dedicated to the hotel is super limited, especially when they have large event at the ballroom, but they offer free parking. The pool is relatively small, but it is infinity pool with good view of Bintaro's lush green surrounding.

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, as it's right next to the mall, making it easy to relax and find food. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good.

Direct access to the mall and BX Sea, recommended for a staycation with family.

This is the second time I've stayed here, the cookies are really delicious, there's access to the mall so it's easy to go around the mall, and I'm allowed to check in early (this is the best).

The location is very strategic, connected to the BXC mall. Inside the mall there are many activities for children, starting from the BXSea aquarium, ice skating at BXrink, and playgrounds like Funworld, etc. The service is very good, upon check-in they gave me cookies and a drink. I checked in at midnight because I came from the airport, and was given a late check-out until 2 pm. The room is very spacious, a standard room for 2 adults and 2 children is very spacious.

First time staying, everything was perfect.

This was my first staycation here, and I requested a birthday party for my kids. The service was friendly, the room was clean, and comfortable. There are activities for kids on weekends or long holidays. The pool has a beautiful view, and there's also a kids' pool. After swimming, I prefer to shower in the bathroom in the pool area because it's clean and comes with soap and shampoo. The pool itself is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and there's a 24-hour gym. There's a wide variety of food, great coffee, and the honeycomb, which my kids were excited to try. I think it has many advantages, and I'll be back at BXC 2 soon. I'll stay here again.
