It's very comfortable to rest, for the omelet menu yesterday when I ate it was a bit bland (no taste of salt/pepper seasoning) the other food was enough, but if possible the spices for the dishes were a bit bolder. thank you

It was an incredible staycation. However, so sad that we didn't get the connecting room. Our bathroom couldn't lock it. Our TV suddenly move by itselves, maybe the LCD was broken. Actually the staff wanted help us to fixed this things. But, I refuse because when they offered, its my son sleep time. We really liked the food while we were breakfast. Also, the connecting door with the mall. The staff also really good.

There is a delicious welcome snack cookie, the receptionist and concierge are friendly and helpful, the room is clean, ask for a high floor and get a high floor with a good view, toiletries are given in excess, the room facilities are complete, there are quite a lot of breakfast choices including vegan, gluten-free information is available directly without having to ask, additional cost 300k / pax, the swimming pool is spacious, there is a special place for shorter children and those who like warm water, the gym is accessible with standard equipment, all in all OK worth the price 👍

The hotel's location, integrated with a mall, made our staycation even more convenient. The staff were very friendly and happily accommodated our early check-in request, even though the hotel was already full due to peak season. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. Thank you for the birthday cake, and the beautiful birthday decorations on the mirror! The varied and delicious breakfast menu was also unforgettable. Special thanks to the ladies and men at the restaurant who took the initiative to help with my daughter's birthday surprise after breakfast.
The infinity pool is a perfect place to relax in the evening while enjoying the beautiful city view. DoubleTree Hilton Bintaro, can't wait to visit you again!

Recommended staycation at Bintaro Hotel, very kids friendly, integrated with the mall, 2 nights here is not enough time😁clean, neat, fragrant😍 ask for a prayer mat, there is a staff to deliver to the room✨✨✨✨✨
And the best service👍👍 friendly staff, always helpful, we were happy and surprised to get a birthday surprise at breakfast😍 and it was also delivered to the room🥳 the food is delicious and there are many choices if you are lazy just say and it will be brought to you😁 best sat set 👍👍👍 hopefully my husband's fortune is abundant so he can stay here again🤲🤲
