What we ordered on the app wasn't the same when we arrived at the front desk. It could have changed itself. It was just awful. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this. We ordered something different on the app, and when we arrived at the hotel, it was a different experience. So disappointed!!! Just once.

The hotel was okay in the city center, but it didn't live up to expectations. I couldn't borrow an iron, and the technicians didn't show up when I asked for help fixing the TV. The rooms were on the corners of the floor and dusty. It's a shame that, despite being an art hotel, the management wasn't up to par. The food was okay, and the ambiance was good.
