This was actually our second stay at this hotel, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. We were impressed by the Japanese-style decoration in the entrance area of the Retro Family Room. Although the room was a bit small, it was cozy, comfortable, and well-designed. The TV offered a wide variety of channels, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The soundproofing could be improved, as we could occasionally hear noise from outside the room. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Well done, Fiers Izzy! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Breakfast was great. For soundproofing, rooms on the 200th floor and above can sometimes be noisy with chairs shifting. Otherwise, it's great.

Lack of information in the app. We had selected a non-smoking room, but upon arrival and confirmation from customer service, we discovered that all the rooms were smoking. We had to ask the staff for some freshener because the room smelled of cigarette smoke.
