I really like it...clean, fragrant, and the staff are friendly. The location is strategic, close to culinary spots.

It's noisy all the way to the room because every few minutes there's someone cleaning the room or whatever it is that can be heard.

The room was clean and the AC is working good, but we cannot adjust the temperature, it is too cold for us. The smell of the bathroom isn't really good. Last, for the breakfast, if the hotel management set the breakfast at 7 AM, the food must be ready at 7 AM unless we are not paid for the breakfast. Management should make an improvement for the breakfast time setting and consider to start early since guests have various activities.

The hotel is cozy, close to the city center, easy to find dinner. Only breakfast needs to be improved

For a 2-star hotel, it is very good, only the breakfast schedule could be moved forward, because those who stay there have activities and definitely need an earlier breakfast, thank you.

Initially enthusiastic because it seemed modern. Check in was fast. From the beginning, I requested a non-smoking room. It turned out that all were smoking rooms, and the receptionist didn't tell me. Sure enough, when I entered the hotel room hallway, I also met foreigners opening their room doors and smoking. Then not far from there were several rooms after mine. As soon as I entered, I was immediately greeted by the smell of cigarettes. In my mind, a room that small, even if it was cleaned with an ozonizer (the receptionist offered it when she knew I wanted to check out immediately, especially if it was only in the ozonizer for a few minutes) it still didn't work. The cigarette particles, etc. had stuck to the mattress, pillows, table, carpet, etc. Immediately checked out and moved. Breakfast was also informed that it would only be given around 7 am and it was in the form of a bento (in a box)

Although the room size is super compact, but the interior is modern, super big TV, super cold AC, clean room, super clean bathroom. Very comfortable!

𝘐'𝘮 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘯𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘫𝘢𝘯𝘫𝘪𝘬𝘢𝘭𝘰 𝘬𝘦 𝘑𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘢 𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘪 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘪 𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘴𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘪 here I am. As usual, when I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the security who were alert and friendly, greeting me and quickly opening the door to get up the elevator to the hotel lobby. I was also greeted warmly by the receptionist 𝙛𝙮𝙞 ; 𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙛𝙛 𝙟𝙪𝙜𝙖 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙖 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙥𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙞 𝙞𝙣𝙞 𝙟𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙖! The first time I entered the lobby, the scent made me throwback to calming my tired mind after the flight. The AC is getting colder now in my opinion. I feel more at home in the room like this for a long time, so I forget the time even though I'm on a business trip HAHAHAHA. The Wi-Fi is getting smoother so it's a chill place for Netflix. The water heater can be fixed again because if you've been using hot water for a long time, you can't use hot water anymore. Is there a time limit? Please explain. I always ask for a clean room and they always clean it quickly to change the sheets, towels, and also refill sugar, coffee, tea and mineral water. Btw, I've stayed here twice and the sandals given to me were 2 after the clean room, 1 sandal was taken back so what I actually got was 2 sandals, so next time I ask you to confirm "can I take 1 sandal?" Not just taking it like that, it's mine, actually I got 2 sandals, but it turned out to be only 1, right? When I finished in the clean room like this, I was shocked, I didn't expect it to happen twice like that. There are additional new staff at this hotel, I saw at that time, hopefully they will uphold honesty even more for the comfort of other customers staying at this hotel. The room is not soundproof, you can hear sounds from the room next door.

Beyond expectation, the price is cheap but the room is clean, fragrant. Even though it is a smoking room, it doesn't smell of cigarettes. Thank you for the good and polite service.

The staffs are very friendly, the location is very good. I love it because it's very easy to find anything we want to eat and culinary too. Just input for the room, I hope next time it's cleaner. I'm looking forward to staying at the Fierish Hotel next time.
