We stayed in the pyramid tower, room 1614, and wow! Our room was beautiful and we were taken care of by Sarah. Sarah took care of our room daily and even left some candies for us on our last night. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a lot of options for coffee, which I appreciated. The daily morning cookies for guests, the daily afternoon potato chips, and the free bottled water for guests, makes this hotel top notch. They even loaned me an umbrella to use for the day, which came in nice for the sun at the pyramids. The location is close to everything. There’s ramp access, which I appreciated. Every employee was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a hotel to stay in while in Mexico City, I highly recommend this one. It was safe for me and my sister and the employees help to make sure you’re taking the right uber.

Bed was not comfortable, expectations for cleaning was higher. Overall service was great.

Location was excellent, and the staff was great. It's an older building but was well kept up.

This hotel has clean, decent size rooms and bathroom. It's an excellent alternative to sorrounding hotels, at a more affordable price. It is centrally located and has a decent restaurant on site in case you need a quiet, close place to get food. Not as fancy as other hotels but the price is right. Staff is helpful.
