August 29, 2026. First time staying at Serra Hotel. Didn't expect to get a hotel for around 200 rupiah and be that comfortable. Forgot to take videos and photos because I was busy with the kids. Will come back next time.

It was a good stay. I booked 2 rooms for 4 of us. Friendly receptionists, availability of massage therapy (external vendor arranged by reception), and a free shuttle (10 am & 5 pm) between the hotel and Nagoya Hill/Grand Batam Mall/Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Will book again if I go to Batam.

Nice hotel at Sungai Jodoh area. Nice service from the staff, good ambiance inside the hotel. Only the area near prostitution area so not good for family.

A great stay! The hotel is brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

input for hotel wifi is not good on the 6th floor toilet has no water hose...for muslims it is difficult to perform ablution and difficult to clean the bathroom floor. a little uncomfortable

The hotel 👍 If you want to find something to eat, there is a buffet next to the hotel with lots of choices, especially at night... there are lots of people selling food 😊 The staff is also friendly 😊

This is my second time staying at the Serra Hotel. The hotel is quite clean and very close to Nagoya for shopping. Finding food is also very easy, as there's a buffet restaurant right next door with a very complete menu. It's simply the best 👍👌
