Thank you for the excellent service. Check-in was smooth and fast, assisted by a staff member named Bintang. We got the room we requested, and were given recommendations for fun places around the hotel. Also, thank you to the housekeeping staff, Yudi, who responded very quickly to our two requests.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is strategically located, and there are lots of delicious restaurants nearby.

Wow, the hotel is really recommended. Incidentally stayed in a family suite type room. The room is clean, also the toilet. The menu at the restaurant is also varied with very affordable prices. Anyway, it's the next destination to stay if you go to Jogja again. Excellent.

Always love staying here, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the access is right in the middle of the city, close to the shopping center, opposite the hotel is a cinema, the staff are friendly, yesterday I got a room on the 5th floor which was very unique because the room theme was colorful, complete amenities, there was a mini fridge too, a kettle was also provided, comfortable and clean, great 🙂✌️

This hotel is in a row of shop houses. Not on a side street. The atmosphere is quite calm and clean. For mothers to shop for Muslim clothing is very close. Lots of Muslim boutiques in the streets around the hotel. Likewise food place.

This was my first time staying here with my extended family after my sister's graduation. Everything was excellent: delicious food, varied breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, spacious lobby and restaurant. There's also a hand-drawn batik shop. If I ever return to Yogyakarta, I'll stay here again, God willing.

The hotel staff are always friendly, helpful, and informative. The price is very affordable for my 5-day stay, only costing around 1.70. Breakfast is a reasonable portion, healthy, and delicious. The bread is delicious, buffet style. You can request changes to amenities, and the room is cleaned regularly. The staff are trustworthy and honest. Good communication and helpful. Convenient parking. Friday prayers are close to the LPP mosque on foot. There is a 24-hour Indomaret nearby, go straight ahead to Tugu. I give it ⭐️⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars. I will add it to my list of favorite hotels in the future. Awesome, very satisfied, the hotel is also good. There is hot water, it is clean, there are lots of plugs, hangers, and you can borrow a hair dryer. Overall, top!

Staying at the Sagan Heritage Hotel was one of the best experiences during my vacation in Yogyakarta. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The most impressive aspect was the friendliness of the staff. Special thanks to Christine and Nadila, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and always provided service with a smile. They made the stay even more warm and enjoyable. The strategic location, adequate facilities, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel for a vacation in Yogyakarta. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
