It was maybe my third or fourth time stayed there. Great experience as always. They also renovated the playground area, which is superb and makes it very kid-friendly.

A very strategic location close to the city, spacious, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Swimming pool, gym, and playground. I'll stay here again, God willing.

If you're in Batu, I definitely stay here. There are no downsides; everything is great. Complete facilities, clean, and friendly staff.

It was a really enjoyable stay. I'd love to come back and stay in a different room next time. The facilities are great, the hotel complex is nice and comfortable for jogging, and there are swimming pools everywhere. I like parking in the rice paddy area, with geese and rice barns, making it feel like I'm back in nature... I was very satisfied with my stay here.

The view was very beautiful with nice scenery. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice ambiance. So calm. Suitable for everybody who wants to refresh their mind. You can feel the air so fresh and heal your mind and body. So satisfied.

The staff is all friendly, and the location is strategic, close to the center of activity and tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is also addictive. The breakfast is quite varied and delicious. It might be worth considering next time you're on vacation.

A very spacious resort. Walking around the hotel area in the morning is a very interesting activity. The accommodations are mainly villas scattered among the pine trees. In the morning, the resort area is shrouded in mist. Non-villa rooms are located in a traditional house-like building. The upper floor of this traditional house is a meeting hall, while the rooms are located downstairs, requiring descending stairs; there is no elevator. It seems quite difficult for older people. The swimming pool is located amidst the garden and pine trees. Cleanliness is good. Drones are allowed on the hotel grounds. I didn't try the food. The gym is no longer functional.

Highly recommended especially if you invite your extended family, the nuance is very natural, comfortable and cool, enjoying time with your family here is the right choice a large yard, there is a waterpark, children's and adult swimming pools, a complete package here hopefully I can come here with my extended family again

The Dawala is perfect for holiday, nice view and fresh air from elevation 1100 above mean sea level will give a great experience of glamping (glamorous campung). The hotel is clean, the facility is great, and the staff also helpful, however the breakfast ready a little bit late, they were ready at 7.30 am.

Very spacious parking lot, friendly and fast receptionist for CI/CO matters, spacious, clean and complete rooms, music entertainment at night creates a calm atmosphere, large swimming pool, breakfast with many variants. And all the staff are friendly.

I've stayed here before. The rooms are nice and spacious, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and there's a water heater. Amenities include coffee, tea, and a water heater. The service is friendly and the views are great, and you can swim too. The pool is clean too, top notch.
