The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the relaxing atmosphere.

Staying for a family short escape/staycation. Me, my wife, and our 3 children were really happy. They got plenty of activities, a kid warm pool, playground, and mini zoo. Breakfast had many options and various menus suitable for kids. Will come back for sure.

It's a pleasure to stayed in Ibis Trans Bandung. Clean room, comfortable, got a smoking room but it's still clean and comfortable. Good services from all of the staff.

The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

Located in the heart of Bogor City, hassle-free to go to anywhere from here. You can walk from the hotel to many popular food destinations in Bogor City such as Macaroni Panngang, Kencana and Sempur Park street food bazaar. We had a great staying experience with Whiz Prime Hotel. Room was clean even though the bathroom is quite small, the staffs were nice and the complementary lemon juice tasted perfect.

Extraordinary experience staying in close proximity to many wild animals. Facilities are great. Keep up the good job.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
