Enjoyable stay at The Toronto Hilton. We took advantage of the amenities. Loved the outdoor pool in the winter and the location was perfect for walking. We appreciated being attached to the PATH as there were a few chilly days so avoiding the outdoor walking was great.

Our rooms were clean, beds comfortable, great lobby to lounge and the location was great. Front desk was always helpful to provide water and answer any questions. The big downfall was checkout. It took 30 minute to get an elevator down from the 27th floor. They are doing upgrades so hopefully that fixes this issue.

The hotel is lovely. We had booked 3 rooms as were there to celebrate a birthday - the hotel graciously upgraded the birthday guest's room. All of the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was lovely.
