I had a wonderful experience at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location is perfect—just steps from the waterfront and downtown attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered amazing views of the harbor. Staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

There were a couple of issues in the room: no label letting someone know the shower valve needed to be pulled out before turning to get the water flow. A rip in the carpet that could be an issue for someone snagging their No table or chairs on the premium balcony. The stafff were all friendly and helpful. The dining room staff were excellent. Food in the evening / happy hour offerings were very good.

Such a nice place to stay the staff are wonderful and so helpful. The area was perfect for getting on the ship to Alaska the next morning!

Got off cruise to Vancouver and walked over to hotel. Very convenient. Hotel getting face lift but our room not updated but great views. Noisy at bar during happy hours. Good place

the Jets in the hot tub were not working & didn't seem like anytime soon that the jets would be fixed. The Keurig coffee maker was horrible...half the time it didn't work! Those need to be replaced. Otherwise the stay was great! :)

The hotel itself was outstanding and the staff amazing and helpful. However, our room was a newly remodeled room and that were were the first to stay in it. It was smaller than we expected. The bathroom was very small and not very well thought out. The lightning was awful. You could hardly see yourself and forget about makeup. The entire room had poor lighting . And the set up of the room itself was not very well set up for good function. The shower had no where to put your shower amenities. we had to call down for things that had been forgotten to be placed in the room , like luggage rack, and ironing board. The overall hotel itself was fabulous, the staff was amazing and the restaraunt was great. And the views from the rooms to the water are wonderful. We defiantly plan to give it another shot.

We had a nice time , the only thing we found was that the room was outdated for the price you pay. The tv and the channels were not great. The elevators weren’t working on one of the days and we were on the fifth floor. Location is excellent

I took the room with the view of the ocean. It was clean and aesthetic with a small balcony. Bed was comfortable. The shower was great and my favorite! The pressure was awesome and was like a mini massage to my head. They did provide toiletries. Toothbrush and paste are available if required. Breakfast was not included but they provided 2 lunch discount coupons for 3 nights stay. I also got a 20% disc for one meal for being an Expedia vip but didn’t get to use that either. Did not eat there so cannot comment on food. But I did notice a live musician there one evening and it was a lovely vibe. The cleaning staff there always had a smile and were very friendly. The gym is adequately spacious with large windows with plenty of sunlight, with multiple machines and adjacent to the pool. There is a luggage room whr I did leave my bag after checkout to pick up later. It is certainly a hotel I would return to!
