We don't travel with pets and do not have children, but saw a lot of families and seemed like the hotel did a great job of accommodating for little ones (play room, pool) as well as being nearby a lot of little parks and in a very pet friendly side of town for those traveling with dogs. Great location, especially if you are seeing a game/show at Rogers or Scotiabank. Close to the train station, as well as the streetcar line, so easy to get around anywhere in the city. Quiet rooms, comfortable, and clean!

Very clean and nice hotel. Kind of sucks you have to pay for parking(and if there is no spots left you’re out of luck) Got upgraded to a room with a view, and the view would have been fantastic but the weather made it so we couldn’t see much over the lake.

Disappointing. It’s a soulless hotel in need of a complete renovation. Rooms are very dated. Location is good if you need to be in the financial district, but the “lake view” aspect of some rooms is laughable. Worth noting this property also cost +$1k per night for a king room. However staff were professional and kind.

Family-friendly hotel with lovely staff! Our kids enjoyed the pool and family games room and the location was great for the event we attended at Scotiabank Arena. We found our room (North Tower) to be a little outdated, but it was clean and close to the hotel pool, which worked well for us!
