Good quality hotel for the price, reception staff were helpful and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, bathroom was also nice and modern. Much better than some other hotels I’ve stayed in in London. I’d recommend. In order to make it even better, I suggest offering some additional amenities like bottled water for the rooms - there aren’t many stores nearby and small touches like that really help when you’re travelling and feeling dehydrated.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and very professional. I enjoyed my stay. Poor service in the restaurant but the food was excellent. I ordered a meal and the server forgot to log it, so ai had to wait for a very long time.. Then they brought a different dessert to what I ordered. Not very good at all but good food.

Excellent staff. Good room, would have preferred daylight rather than atrium. Pool - locker keys and towels provided. Would benefit from a handrail into the warm pool, I felt unsteady descending the steps. Enjoyed dinner.

Average quality, amenities etc. incredibly unhelpful staff - particularly when my room wasn’t available for more than an hour after my allotted check in time. No offer of an apology….restaurant staff didn’t know what a blue steak was and I had to wait for them to confirm with the chef it was possible. The “runway view” room was actually of the airport perimeter road and the window was so disgustingly dirty you couldn’t have watched anything anyway!

The staff were excellent - friendly and willing to help with anything. The spa facilities were probably the best at any hotel we have stayed in - lovely pool and very warm steam room, dry sauna and jacuzzi. Close to Heathrow and great value for money. The only slight negative was the breakfast (food not hot) but only because everything else was excellent.
