Room was clean and tidy but was a little dated and could use an upgrade. The staff were friendly and the extras like the character meet was excellent.

Themed rooms, swimming pool, having breakfast while watching out to an expanse of green grass with zebras, an ostrich and antelope wondering around. Made it a great stay. Perfect for kids. The new paw patrol area in the park is fantastic. Early access for hotel guests into the park. Just back from a super holiday.

The hotel itself was brilliant, clean rooms with a really comfy bed. Hotel staff were efficient and friendly. Very expensive to eat and drink though. Great access to the zoo and adventure park.

Splash pool - Closed. Main Swimming pool - Closed. Evening Entertainment - None. The staff took a stance of "It's not my fault". Really took the shine off the whole stay.

The hotel was family-friendly, but the room wasn't as clean as expected, with noticeable dust. We paid a lot for a family king room, only to be given a view of a roof overlooking the main car park. Unfortunately, this also meant we could hear music from outside reception until almost 9pm every evening. The bar was extremely expensive – £20 for just four soft drinks. The pillows were very hard, and noisy neighbours woke us at 4am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, while the hotel was suitable for families, I don't feel it offered good value for the price. If we visited again, we'd choose to stay at an off-site hotel instead.

The bedroom had excellent air con and was quiet. Free access to a small part of the zoo was a nice surprise. The restaurant staff were great. The only downside was the food, which was very expensive given the mediocre quality.

The room was amazing, the view over the animal enclosure was fantastic. The shower was a bit rubbish the pressure not great and plug needed unblocking and smelt unsavoury. The staff were amazing they just need more of them. The breakfast was not great tomatoes were cooked but cold, tasted dusty I think they were from the day before as we were one of the first in. The juice was disgusting as expected. The park was fun just not well staffed or maintained.

Really pleased with our stay. Staff were helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed being able to see animals from our room and the walk around the zoo safari from the resort. Excellent that you get an extra hour in the park which made our whole trip very seamless.

Our room was not great, it had this smell once we walked in. There was a stain on our towel. The hotel is just very dated and some of the rooms do need some renovations. The pool area was not the cleanest and the savanna pool was closed so we were all cramped in one pool. Staff were friendly, breakfast was ok.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel parking was convenient and adjacent to the park entrance. However the decor was quite tired across the hotel and in our room. There were a couple of stains on the carpet and water marks on the bathroom floor. Overall a pleasant overnight stay.
