The member of staff at the reception desk when we arrived (and throughout our stay) was very helpfull. The room was very clean. We had a beautiful breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice of everything.

The room was cosey, quiet and peaceful. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. The shower screen was leaky but nothing a towel didn't mop up and the espresso cups were dirty but just cleaned them ourselves

The staff were great, room was ok; what you would expect from a city centre hotel. Rubbish experience with the room next door returning to their room in the early hours, turning their tv on so loud it woke me up (2:30am) and not being able to get them to turn it down for 2 hours. Even with the help of reception.

Very friendly reception desk especially Tom, clean rooms and all areas. We had a snack in the bar which was good. Only slight complaint would be price of drinks in the bar. But we will be back as distance to temple meads was great.
