Room was clean with plenty of space, separate toilet and bathroom. Staff were friendly, swimming pool was clean, there is a Tesco next door, Liverpool one is a stones throw away and Albert’s dock is a 10 min easy walk if that!!

Lovely hotel. Slight hiccup with the booking but the Staff were fantastic. Room was very comfortable and clean. Food was fresh and great choice. Pool area was nice, sauna available but was too busy for our time using the facilities. Great location, everything within walking distance.

Hotel perfect for exploring Liverpool as it’s right in the centre, the room was clean but I didn’t find the bed very comfortable and did not have the best sleep, Breakfast was really good, also ordered a birthday package for my son definitely not worth the £14.99 but overall the stay was good , staff friendly.

Room faced a noisy construction site, builders could see through our window so had to keep curtains closed at all times. Sauna smelt of urine and too much chlorine in swimming pool. Small sofa bed, barely enough room for 2 people.
