....A terrific & unique place to stay, away from frenetic central areas of the city but with easy access to DLR etc. Cabins are spacious & with added comforts of the speciality coffee machine & the best bathrobes ever! The yacht is beautifully appointed with the accent on a relaxed stay & choice of dining. Comfortable bar & seating areas inside & out. The friendly & helpful staff complete the whole happy experience. Highly reccommend!

A shout out to the staff. The WiFi in my room was poor and unstable. When I let them know, they switched me to a new room, and called to double check that the WiFi was up to the mark. Professional and friendly service. The hotel is in a converted yacht and moored at a great location - there is lots of space all around and splendid views of the city. One does not feel boxed in as in many other hotels which are located next to other buildings.

Dinner onboard was very good and being able to go outside with your drinks was excellent. Breakfast had a large choice but could have been warmer. All staff who looked after us were very friendly and very efficient. Thank you.

The hotel itself was excellent but anyone booking for a vacation stay be aware that this hotel seems to cater primarily for conferences. We booked a two night stay and had booked dinner in the restaurant on both nights. The dinner reservations were accepted but then weeks later we were informed by email that our second night restaurant booking was cancelled due to a private event. We thought this just meant the restaurant but we had no access to the bar or sky lounge either. This was very disappointing. Most staff members were lovely but we did find one gentleman a little on the rude and unhelpful side.

Clean hotel and not your usual stay, but rooms are extremely dated. We stayed on the first floor and the windows cannot be opened so the room was very stuffy; the aircon wasn’t overly effective. The staff were very polite and welcoming however.

This hotel is obviously targetted at tourists. The consideration for repeat business is low. Food looked lovely but the chicken was overcooked and the cod should have been thrown away rather than cooked. Disappointed overall A 500 pound evening and stay that was not worth half that value. Stay away if you want more than a sleep in the river Thames

Had an amazing time on the Sunborn yacht The room was spotless and we were in the river side so lovely view. The bar area was lovely, breakfast was very good. (In the warmer weather be lovely to sit longer on the outside bar deck ) Staff welcoming and very near to Custom House tube station. We also got the cable car from North Greenwich which was well worth it
