One night stay for a business trip, reasonably priced. Very friendly welcome back staff, answered all questions immediately. Lovely views from the beer garden and food was delicious!

Super location right next to the train station , the door from the station direct into the hotel is very handy! Have stayed at the Queens Hotel twice now and cant fault anything - staff are really helpful in person and on the phone , and the rooms are a very good size. Beds are super comfy with lovely linens. I would definitely stay again as the rates are reasonable for the location right in City Square near the town centre.

Provided a spotless room in area away from any celebrants: b'day, Hen, wedding (weekend in active, busy Leeds). Quiet, good shower, bed comfortable. As usual in UK, heavy duvet, no top sheet so able to adjust a/c for comfort. Why heavy weight duvets in ALL hotels? Only fault, typical: no adequate reading lights at beds! Travelers don't read? Again, not just QUEENS! An excellent stay.

As a disabled person the fact that a taxi can not pull up to the front door is very inconvenient ( but not a fault of the hotel but the Leeds council) so the car park is a walk away to be disabled or not with bags cases is a struggle on departure I ask on reception if there was a porter to help me with my bag to the car park as I am on crutches after suffering a broken neck and back could see I was clearly struggling But on my way out the disabled exit a very kind member of staff saw my struggle and offered to help me across to the car park With my bag which I am most grateful for As a business i think that Leeds council should alter the highways to allow taxi/uber to drop guests that are coming to Leeds to add to the Economy of the city at there front door

Lovely hotel. Clean and Great service. Could not comment on Restaurant as I have a dog and they are welcomed in the Hotel but not the restaurant. Please look at this, even if you dedicate a section to dogs. I want to spend money in your hotel.
