I couldn't get into a smoking room. I was told the room had been sprayed. But the room smelled so bad that the smell of cigarettes clung to my clothes. I told the receptionist I couldn't smoke, fearing suffocation. But they still directed me to a smoking room.

The downside is the constant odor from the bathroom. Even if you spray air freshener, the smell will still linger. Otherwise, it's very good. The staff is friendly, the room is spacious, and it's close to the mall. Hopefully, the bathroom will no longer smell, as it makes the room a bit odd.

Car parking tickets aren't adjusted for length of stay, making it quite inconvenient when the post office staff tells you your car hasn't renewed its parking permit. Do you really have to report it to the front desk every day? There's no notification whatsoever.
