The downside is the constant odor from the bathroom. Even if you spray air freshener, the smell will still linger. Otherwise, it's very good. The staff is friendly, the room is spacious, and it's close to the mall. Hopefully, the bathroom will no longer smell, as it makes the room a bit odd.

Car parking tickets aren't adjusted for length of stay, making it quite inconvenient when the post office staff tells you your car hasn't renewed its parking permit. Do you really have to report it to the front desk every day? There's no notification whatsoever.

Everything was fine, but I was a bit disappointed when I lost my parking ticket and the parking attendant charged me 50,000 Rupiah. I was a hotel guest, so I reported it to the receptionist, who refused to help, saying it was a different management company. I've been staying at the hotel for 3 days, and my license plate was also on it when I checked in. After I got angry, the hotel manager told me I was the one who paid the 50,000 Rupiah. But I didn't believe it. Actually, cases like this can be filed free of charge because I'm a hotel guest, not a mall guest. My suggestion is that if it can be resolved without waiting for the customer to get angry, why refuse such a trivial matter?

Overall, this hotel is good and nice, and this is my umpteenth visit to the FOX hotel. However, what makes me DISAPPOINTED is when someone made a reservation for the swimming pool, all the guests who were staying in the pool were limited to a time limit on the grounds that it was already booked. Even though I and many of the hotel guests who stayed came from outside the Riau province. So, in my opinion, this is not good and not justified. Especially when yesterday I brought my family and children, so you can imagine the disappointment of the children when they were having fun swimming, they were stopped on the grounds that they were rented by someone who was having an event, whether it was a proposal or whatever, I was forced to give a bad review this time to evaluate.

Outdated hotel connecting to a mall that was 75% empty. I can’t stand the smell that came out from the bathroom every time I entered the room. Overall, it's an ok hotel, water is available at the hallway for refill, Wi-Fi is excellent & the air conditioning system is in excellent condition.

Very stingy. Booked a room for two people. When it was our turn to swim, they said we were only allowed one towel in the pool. Don't blame me if the elevator floor is wet. Worse, I complained in chat. I wrote in Indonesian and asked for translation into English. When I was given English, they said they couldn't do it either, haha
