The area isn't overly busy, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Water is refillable, and it's rare for a hotel to have a minifridge at this price. There was a problem with the kettle, but it was resolved quickly and effectively. I'd love to stay here again.

The staff is friendly, and there's free popcorn and cotton candy in the lobby. The breakfast is also delicious, to my taste. Free public facilities include a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Each room has a bathtub and an Android TV with Netflix.

I swear it's really comfortable, really nice, the place is really clean. Highly recommended. The toilet is clean, the water can be hot/warm/cold. Lots of soap and it's good. The staff are also friendly. Spacious parking lot, easy to find coffee, snacks and heavy meals.

Always have a wonderful stay here at Cozy Puri. Lives up to its name “Cozy”. Best place for a transit stay or staycation while visiting Jakarta on a budget.

This is my second stay here. It used to be called Horison, but the service remains the same, no different, still friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and still delicious. It turns out they only changed management, the staff remains the same. The room is spacious, fits 3 single beds, and the TV entertainment is also varied so it's not boring.
