A truly memorable stay. The rooftop pool area is a major draw, with a comfortable atmosphere and beautiful views, especially from late afternoon to evening. The restaurant is also very comfortable, in terms of ambiance, service, menu variety, and even the taste of the food. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and responsive. I accidentally left my iPad in my room after checking out, and the hotel quickly contacted me so it could be secured and returned. The honesty and care of the staff truly made a great impression. Staying at West Lake with my family was a memorable experience. The artificial lake and facilities are excellent, with a 24-hour shuttle to our rooms. In the morning, we could explore the lake. There were satay and meatball stalls available. The rooms were large and spacious. We will return when we return to Yogyakarta.

It was a truly comfortable stay. It's conveniently located near the Yogyakarta Monument, making it a short walk to the monument, and souvenir shops are also nearby. This hotel is simply the best.
