My first time staying here. The kids had a great time swimming. The water wasn't too cold, and there was a hot tub in the corner for therapeutic purposes. There were plenty of slippery slides, so I was really happy. I stayed in the Kayu Kencana room. The room was very compact, not very large, but comfortable enough with cool air conditioning, complete amenities, and a plunge pool in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite tasty, and the menu was varied.

I was hesitant when I first booked because the reviews were pretty bad, but when I checked in, it turned out to be a great room for the price. The service was friendly and good, and breakfast was delivered to my room. The room was nice and clean, and it was a great price for a room with two beds, which was enough for me and my family.
