I went to Surabaya because my child was going to compete in the Mayor's Cup gymnastics competition. It was my first time staying here and I was immediately assisted by the beautiful and friendly receptionist, Ms. Rebecca. We were helped with early check-in and were able to upgrade our room and breakfast. A super comfortable rest and enough sleep helped my child perform at her best and win two gold medals 🥇🥇☺️

I always book Hotel Fave Surabaya for my guests from Jakarta, and they love it. The location is super practical for West Surabaya and just minutes from Pakuwon Mall. During my stay at this hotel, it felt pleasant, clean, tidy, the staff were friendly, and the hotel even handled my package delivery which arrived suddenly.

Had an amazing stay at Vasa over the last weekend. Great facilities. Quite impressed with how clean and spacious the room was and how attentive the staffs are! Close to cafes/food places/malls. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed in two room types within the week, both served their purpose very well. Walking distance to restaurants, mini markets. First traveled alone, the standard room was enough: compact & efficient for one person. Then my mother joined me & we moved to the executive room which is more comfortable for two persons. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food & drinks from Warung Pati in the lobby were satisfying & reasonably priced. I wanted a mochaccino & they made it for me despite it not being on the menu. Very family friendly, my 73 y.o mother di not have any difficulty navigating through check in, ordering food, etc with staff always ready to assist.

Friendly staff, excellent service, free late check-out until 1 p.m., and the ability to wait in the spacious hotel lobby after check-out. Overall, it was a complete satisfaction.

The hotel is great! The pool is clean, the service is friendly, and the location is great. It's a very satisfying workout experience. It's well worth the price. The lockers are nice and the bathrooms are comfortable. There's a hairdryer too.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful upon check-in. The room was clean, the bathroom clean, the sheets, pillowcases, and towels very clean. There's no elevator, so getting a room on the third floor is a good idea. It's close to culinary spots. I'll return to this hotel if there's a match at Unesa.

Very satisfied even though it was only 2 nights, I felt comfortable staying, the room was clean, all the facilities were functioning, and there was a large parking area.

The food is varied and delicious, the cleanliness is really good, the service is friendly and fast, basically if I go to Surabaya I want to stay at Fairfield again.

Our stay here was a truly enjoyable experience. Check-in was quick, the room was clean, and the lighting in the work area was perfect for working on a laptop all day. The strategic location makes it easy to reach meeting or office locations. After work is done, there are plenty of culinary options nearby that you can try without having to travel far.
