I celebrated my anniversary and received a surprise in my room as requested. The room was clean, fully equipped with a coffee maker, washing machine, dining area, and living room. The price for the family suite was very affordable, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. Awesome!

The first time I stayed at this hotel was very good, the staff were very friendly, and very helpful when there were problems, fast response, I recommend it here, if I go to Surabaya again, I can stay at this hotel again.

Thank God, I booked a Standard Room, but upon check-in I was upgraded to a Junior Suite without paying any extra. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.

We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. This is my second stay here. The service is always excellent, from the receptionist and restaurant staff to the staff at the swimming pool, gym, and jacuzzi. The breakfast is varied and delicious. My son wants to come back again.
