The room was spacious and clean, the Bundaran HI view was amazing, the service is top-notch, all staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was super delicious and varied, all was perfect!! Totally will stay again in Kempinski Jakarta! The best!!

A hotel that, God willing, is the best for families. The overall design is luxurious and fragrant. The staff is responsive and helpful. They have a spacious room selection. They have their own laundry room. Access to everywhere is easy because taxis are readily available. And last but not least, the gray stray cat, well-maintained by the hotel staff, is a token of their care. So sweet.
