The hotel facilities are also complete—a swimming pool, a restaurant with a varied menu, and an elegant lobby area. The breakfast was one of my favorites. There was a wide selection of dishes, ranging from traditional Indonesian to international. The service was prompt and warm. Overall, my stay at the Grand Sahid Jaya made me feel well-treated. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure trips. I will definitely return again in the future.

This is my third time staying at the Shangri-La. My first two visits were many years ago, yet the hotel’s standards haven't wavered; true to its name, it consistently delivers a five-star experience.
The hospitality is top-notch and the breakfast spread is incredibly diverse. While the exterior has an 'old-fashioned' look, it retains a timeless 'old money' elegance that is still very comfortable. The highlight for me, however, is definitely the swimming pool—especially the kids' pool area, which is simply the best!
