I really enjoyed staying here, the staff were friendly and the service was great and the food was all delicious.

This is my second stay. It's a kids-friendly hotel with easy access to everything. The indoor pool is a plus, keeping the kids comfortable and protected from the rain and heat. I'll be a repeat guest in the future.

The room was clean and fragrant, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, varied and new at the Swiss Bel hotel. I found that there were tags for non-allergenic foods for my child, so I no longer needed to ask the staff if the food contained allergens, the location was okay... The staff was quick to respond. I asked to have the TV remote fixed and to borrow a prayer robe, and they came right away. They even helped me get on the elevator, as I was carrying my child. So far, I'm impressed with the friendly staff. 🫰

This is the second time staying in this hotel. The room is very spacious and the location is very central. Just opposite the Botani Square Mall. Breakfast buffet is good too, lots of variety. Would recommend this place to stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly, check in is easy, the hotel food is quite delicious, the area around the hotel also has many interesting culinary delights. Surprise, surprise when checking out, surprised that the car that was quite dirty became quite clean, maybe washed by the hotel while we were resting, thank you very much Hotel Semeru for the best service.. Once or twice a month we definitely have to go to Bogor, because my child is studying at Univ IPB, hopefully Hotel Semeru will be the best choice every time we go to Bogor and have to stay.
