Friendly and helpful staff, got a free room upgrade. The place is comfortable, easy to access, spacious area, and the pool is loved by the kids. The coffee is also delicious. I was very satisfied with my staycation here. Hopefully, I'll stay here again next time.

This is my second time staying here. A comfortable place for a family vacation, with lots of interesting activities for children. The service is very good and satisfying. By God's grace, my child had a high fever while staying (he already had a mild fever when he left), and was assisted by the staff and security there, especially Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Yunus, starting from being escorted and taken to the nearest clinic, and then taken to a large hospital nearby (because it turned out my child needed treatment at a large hospital). Thank you very much from my heart to the Manager, staff and Security there for their service. For travelers, don't hesitate to bring your family to stay here. Once again, thank you ☺️

We stayed in a medium-sized Betang Room and were very satisfied with our experience. The service was excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, there didn't seem to be any other guests, so breakfast wasn't served buffet-style, but rather from a selection of options. Interestingly, the staff also offered to deliver breakfast to our room, and we could still request additional items like fruit, jelly, and toast. The room was comfortable, clean, and all the amenities worked well. Although the day was quite hot, the two air conditioners quickly brought the room back to a comfortable temperature. This place is perfect for families, as it offers many amenities, including a mini zoo, swimming pool, and a spacious area to relax. There are also paid activities like ATV, archery, and paintball for those who want to try additional activities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommended for family vacations.

The hotel staff are all friendly, I asked for a room with a mountain view, and they gave me one, Masyaallah😍 The room and bathroom are clean, the road to the hotel is also busy and it's nice to bring kids so you don't have to worry about it being quiet, the access is easy, I want to come here again, really 😍

The hotel's numerous swimming pools ensure it's not overcrowded. The hotel itself is spacious. A free upgrade is available upon check-in, making your stay at Aston even more enjoyable.

The service was excellent, especially the foods provided. We can order barbeque or any meals, no need to worry if too lazy enough to prepare foods for family. The location was superb, walking distance to the waterfalls area, and one nice coffee shop called Bukit Panorama Coffee. It's my 2nd time and definitely will come back.

I came here with my husband and our two dogs — we stayed at Tent 4. Honestly, we came with no expectations, but we ended up having such a great time. The sunrise view was fantastic, and the service was super responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I visited in early June and it actually wasn’t that cold. After sunrise, the weather tended to get warmer. Overall, would definitely come back! 🤍

Great and clean villa for a family of 10 people. The villas are not close to each other, so privacy is well maintained. Highly recommended for a family stay away from the traffic congestion of Puncak.

Stayed here in a studio room. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a welcome drink from the friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean, fragrant, and the interior is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. A big plus is the large window with a direct view of the mountain and the spacious balcony perfect for barbecues. There's also a bathtub with a view and a spacious and fragrant bathroom. The food at the cafe is also quite delicious, highly recommended.
