I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, the view from the balcony is very beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust.

The view is unmatched!! There is an amazing panoramic view..That staff despite the language difference were helpful especially the shuttle to the down town area and waitress.. it was her first day and she was very helpful and efficient. The front desk women, who also was the shuttle person was very helpful.The rooms are very European but efficient.. the view from our room was less attractive than my sister. But beautiful.
Be mindful that it is an old building and there is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow. The beds look uncomfortable but were comfortable ..
Despite our disappointment of non updated rooms we completely enjoyed our visit to the bed and breakfast..

Everything was so wonderful. Parking is perfectly safe and easy. Breakfast was very fresh, excellant coffee, eggs, sausages. The view of the lake is spectacular. Staff goes out of their way for you. Kristina and Madi were both wonderful to us. We will be back!

The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town.

The view from the room is great. Breakfast is nice too. Only thing is the front desk leaves at 10pm and one night the lights were automatically on and off for a few times, I texted the staff. The next day I came back late and well past 10, I didn’t know if they will lock the door or not so let them know too by texting. The front desk person is from Romania, said I texted her two days in a row. She also said she already told me so when I checked in. The tone with her seems always hush. Meantime she herself made mistakes on charging my credit card for payments as I’ve paid more to have the flexible stay option and could have checked out a day earlier to stay in my destination the last night so I didn’t have to drive back late past 10 to text her to simply let her know. Other local hires are nice.

What an absolutely INCREDIBLE stay in the most beautiful hotel in Bellagio!!! The rooms are spacious and clean with breathtaking views of Lake Como. Only a 15 minute shuttle ride from the heart of Bellagio and the ferry which you can take to Varenna, Menaggio, and other wonderful spots around the lake. HUGE shout-out to the wonderful staff, especially Madi, who made my birthday unforgettable!!! Madi took the best care of us, offering shuttle rides outside of normal hours, accommodating all of our needs and requests, and offering a warm smiling welcome each time we returned. We have stayed at this hotel for many years. It has one of the, if not the best view of Lago di Como of all hotels. I never get tired of sitting on their terrace, soaking in the scenic lake beauty with Alps in the background, with a glass of delicious Italian wine in your hand. The hotel is currently being updated, but all of the rooms are charming and comfortable. They have a very good restaurant on site where they serve the morning breakfast. The hotel staff go out of their way to make you happy.
