Staff were very helpful. I accidentally left a small bag of stuff in the room and the staff found it and are keeping until i get back to tokyo from visiting kyoto. Breakfast buffet was amazing and had a great variety.

Staff were very tentative to our needs. We were able to forward our luggage to our next accommodation with their full assistance. Love the Self Checkout. The Superior Double room was a great size for 2 people. I would recommend the gardens in the front of the bulding needs assistance for street appeal.

Awesome location, but the hotel was very dirty and seemed lacking maintenance like I did not expect it to be look in such rough shape considering it has such a high rating in Expedia. But the staff was fantastic

It is adequately clean. You stay at Granbell for the convenient location. The check in and check out is self service but there is staff present in case you need help. The staff is very nice and eager to assist.
