This wasn’t our first stay at Tokyu Ginza. The location is great, within walking distance to the city’s commercial highlights, subway station access, and convenience stores. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Great hotel in great location. We went for a room with a kitchenette and washing machine (25sqm) and there was plenty of room for two of us by Tokyo standards. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly our first room was not great, it was dirty and some outlets did not work. After bringing it to their attention, they immediately apologized and moved us to a much better room and made a small upgrade for the inconvenience. The correction was quick and the new room was amazing, clean, everything worked, and the staff was so helpful all hours of the day and night.

Room is too small to cook. There is only a table top cooking plate and one soup pot plus microwave. The in-room washer and dryer combination is a nice feature. There is no iron or ironing board only a slack press that did not. work. We did not use room service except to deliver towels one day.

Perfect location to explore Ginza and get trains around Tokyo. Can walk to imperial palace and Shimbashi. Great lobby with coffee and tea, and lots of toiletry needs. Quiet rooms! Everything was great, hope to be back soon.

Small room in a great location, microwave and washing machine in the room was very helpful during the trip. The staff were very kind to offer me a high level room with a bit of the view of Tokyo Tower. I would try to book a bigger room next time. No frills hotel in Tokyo and decent for a solo traveler but will be hard for 2+ people to fit. They also offer the Yamato service for bag delivery.

Great location! Close to metro station and easy to get to anywhere. Many shops, restaurants, cafes around. Will definitely stay in this hotel when we visit Tokyo again.
