Overall, the state was excellent. The staff were absolutely amazing. The food was all included and drinks too to an extent Wi-Fi was slow but other than that the state was excellent. Had a great time. I would highly recommend this stay.

This hotel is nearly flawless. Complimentary hot breakfast and food throughout the day, beautiful rooms, attentive staff, and convenient location make this our regular choice. Important to know that the hotel has very limited parking (driving in Mexico City is itself a challenge), and the vertical garden in the lobby area has a tendency to breed some mosquitoes. Breakfast is served beginning at 7, and earlier is better to get a table. This was my third time to stay, and I will definitely return.

Hotel is kept immaculately clean, lobby, meal areas, each floor, rooms, everything is being dusted or cleaned throughout the day. Rooms and rest rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable and clean. The pillows were a little high and hard for my comfort but otherwise good. The linen smelled very fresh. Excellent towels, clean, absorbent and large enough for one. Shower, sink and toilet were also very clean. The shower was good and refreshing. Staff was very courteous, kind and attentive, excellent service, Vivian and Juan Carlos were excellentandattentive. Breakfasts and menu items were very fresh and delicious. Coffee and juices were also fresh and refreshing. Wifi signal is pretty strong on lobby and rooms. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely return.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS 100% RECOMENDED. THE ROOMS ARE GREAT, CLEAN, THE STAFF IS SO NICE AND THE FOOD IS GREAT. AND THE SAFETY OF THE HOTEL IS SUPER GOOD. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN ON MY NEXT TRIP.
