Apartment in Blimbing

Food is good, gym is good, swimming pool is great. The thing needs to be improved is the staff’s readiness to assist with loading and unloading items from the guest’s car. No one stationed at the front door to offer the assistance.

The staff was very helpful when we needed some utensils and very polite in answering our questions, though we couldn't solve the problem. The problem was we thought the room would have good air circulation and natural light (from the pictures on online booking), but turned out the only window is facing the corridor, so not much air circulation and the light was only from the lighting installed in the room.

The accommodation is comfortable and keeps privacy. No smoking area makes it better.

Room was clean, nice, and spacious with smart control, makes things nicer.
