The most comfortable hotel in Malang, with excellent service. The food is delicious, with a wide variety, and the kids loved playing in the pool. I stayed here last Saturday, booking three Deluxe Executive rooms with a connecting room and one adjoining room. I'll be staying here again next time! 👍👍👍👍👍

It was a pleasure to stay at the Victoria Boutique Hotel! The interior is beautiful, the facilities are adequate, there's a prayer room, and the price is very affordable. 😍 The location is also strategic, close to the terminal and the main road to the city center. Highly recommended!

When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.

Surprisingly the rooms are really good, spacious and quite aesthetic, beyond my expectations because the price is really affordable. The amenities turned out to be really wow, got an electric cable, electric kettle, soap, shampoo, toothbrush + toothpaste, towel, coffee (nescafe), tea (tong tji), sugar (gulaku). The TV is also a smart TV so you can watch Netflix and others. The point is, this room is really worth the prize, no complaints ✨ in the lobby they also sell pop noodles and some soft drinks if you're too lazy to go out or forget to buy them

While the rooms are not the newest, they are clean, comfortable, and well worth the price. The hotel is located some distance from the town centre, but it makes up for it with its excellent food. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. I also had dinner at the Sky Dining Restaurant, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Every dish was well prepared and full of flavour. Bravo to the chef for creating such delicious meals—I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially if you appreciate good food and value for money.
