The place is very clean, aesthetic, has a great view, is modern, and the building is new and well-maintained. The guards are very friendly and helpful. The amenities are complete, which is not what I expected. The soap and shampoo are also properly packaged in large pump bottles, not small bars or small bottles. There is mineral water in the room plus a dispenser outside the room. You can even cook if you want. The best!

In accordance with the one in the photo. One of the most memorable things for me was the service, when I checked out, I sat first at his restaurant while waiting for an online taxi. After I arrived, right on the road, the batik hotel called me to let me know that my bag was left in the restaurant. Wow, I really thank you for your honesty and service. Our first stay at the JW Marriott Medan and the service was very satisfying. All the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the food was delicious, the facilities were complete, the location was right in the city center, and even better, we got a bonus "guest of house" which allowed early check-in and late check-out. Next time we go to Medan, we will definitely stay at the JW Marriott again. Thank you JW Marriott for making our family's vacation in Medan a happy one 🫶🏻
