Martin's Brugge

Excellent location, helpful staff. Outlay and design of room was a bit funky, but that has nothing to do with the staff. A great stay.

Staff members Nils and Susanna were wonderful. Nils assisted us with contacting our driver and arranging our Saturday pickup. Susana was very welcoming and helpful with information. The lady who cleaned the rooms was very helpful in changing our towels. One young lady with long blonde hair on the desk was a problem. I didn’t get her name. She answered “I don’t know” to every question, said she was unable to call our driver. Nils called him later. Worst, however, our driver arrived earlier than expected, but she refused to call our room to tell us. She told him we were asleep. My husband had already talked to her at the desk over an hour earlier. The driver had to wait with the meter running for over an hour until we came downstairs. This cost us A LOT OF MONEY.

Only issue was the air conditioning units in the rooms were struggling with the heat and a bit noisy (very hot summer July 2026)

Loved the staff, bar tender, room, breakfast, and literally everything about Martin's Brugge. Will stay here again, for sure!!

The location couldn’t be beat (central to everything), the room was clean and spacious, and the property had so many nice conveniences (beer garden, self-service espresso bar, restaurants, etc). The staff members were all fluent in English, which I was impressed and surprised by! If we visit Bruges again, we will definitely stay here.

Rooms should have a refrigerator and the shower would hit the floor no matter what I would do

The hotel is centrally located and is very convenient to get to. The room size is a bit tight but it is okay.

This was a perfect option. It is a modern accommodation in the center of Brugge allowing walking through the whole attractions. The staff was warm and helpful providing information about attractions, places to eat and things to do. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well situated in the town centre. It was a pleasure to stay there, with air con on hot nights and a welcome outdoor dining area. The breakfast had plenty of variety for all nationalities and as vegans we were reasonably well catered for. Definitely stay there again.

A good basic hotel. Excellent location. Parking available for €35 per night, but there is parking within 10 minutes walking for €10-15 per night. The rooms were really clean, could do with updating but the location is worth it. Would stay again.

Found the room not to be as clean as it should have been, pair of boxers left behind on the cubbie, ripped towel and I was unable to drain the tub

This hotel was PERFECT! We booked a Charming Double Room with Shower. Easy check in/out and the staff was really helpful with recommendations. We would definitely stay here again! PROS: -Located in the center of everything. Super walkable - Comfortable bed and decent size room -Air conditioning was great! You could set the temp yourself. We were there during a heatwave so this was necessary. - Elevators - Cute hotel bar, self-service paid Starbucks machine (including iced drinks!) and a small store of snacks/drinks -They will hold your luggage if you arrive early/ stay past check out - Quiet. We couldn’t hear other guest inside our room. CONS- That we couldn’t stay longer!

Good location and nice modern touches. But of a maze to get to the room with some stairs. Staff super helpful. Could be a bit cleaner in some areas. There was snot or something on the wall and the backside of the washroom door had dirty fingerprints on the inside of the bathroom; I wiped them off
