Breakfast was good with a nice variety worth the purchase especially if you get going early i. The day since Europe tends to have a slower start compared to North America. The room was clean with an air conditioning unit thst worked well. There is no fridge which is a bit of a bummer. Otherwise property was clean and can’t beat the location!

The hotel was beautiful and very well placed to explore Bruges The staff were helpful The room was small but clean Unfortunately there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room which was very disappointing. There was a machine in the foyer that you had to pay for which I thought was cheeky. Furthermore it stopped working! Also our tv had no internet so no Netflix 🙁

Good breakfast, great choice of food , clean hotel, friendly staff, let down by cramped bedroom in roof and bed which offered little or no support, cheap square pillows . The room was supposed to be “charming” , there was nothing charming about this room. As it was in the eaves/ roof it got very warm , air con unit too noisy to leave on whilst sleeping ! Room 725

Great location though the hotel itself is not exceptional. Rooms are very basic. Was given wrong room key upon arrival but was readily resolved . Not a great start to enter a room where people were inside!

Very handy for the centre of Bruges. Nice room but a little small. Unfortunately no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room although there is a Starbucks machine in the lobby but you have to pay for the drinks. All staff were lovely and helpful, especially the cleaning staff. Expensive parking at the hotel (double that of the other underground long stay hotels) but staff were happy to point us in the direction of the nearest underground car park which was 5 mins walk away. Nice selection of breakfast items.
