I would stay at this hotel again! Almost 5. But 4. Cons: I couldn’t get past the front desk; the app asked me to go there even though I had checked in online. While we were checking in, a hotel guest approached and started distracting the receptionist with small talk, and instead of checking us in, they started chatting pointlessly with him. We had to wait, and they apologized for it—it’s a small thing, but it shouldn’t happen in hotels like this. Second, the shower in the room was pretty strange and old—the water pressure was poor, the controls were very awkward, and it leaked. The fridge door didn’t close all the way; it popped out at the edge. It’s easy to request housekeeping through the app, but even though I left a tip, they didn’t change the sheets—they just made the bed. I requested housekeeping after one night—but still. There were no disposable slippers in the room; I would have liked some. Also, there were strange noises at night, as if someone were walking near the entrance—most likely it was the noisy air conditioner. Pros: I rate it 4/5 because it’s the good old Hilton, in a perfect location—right across from the CN Tower. The windows face different directions depending on the room you choose via the app. It’s right in the heart of the city, the interior is beautiful, and there’s a restaurant where breakfast costs $40 per person. The elevator has a panoramic view of the city. The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are good. The soundproofing is decent.

The staff was amazing however the property itself was outdated despite saying it was renovated. The location is top tier , near everything ( restaurants, train station , etc) ; the rooms are spacious too so that’s a perk.

We stayed here for two nights during a staycation. First night was good, second night on a Saturday was horrible- there was so much door slamming and noise coming from the room next door. Front desk tried to quiet them down but it didn’t work, it got loud again right after security left.

Overall good.

Hilton Toronto is the best location to access all that Toronto has to offer. Great lobby (and lobby bar!), parking underground, and heated indoor/outdoor pool for the kiddos. Perfect for families.

Hilton hotel was great! They even put deseserts for us with a wonderful card wishing my girlfriend's birthday! Will be back for sure!

Was a nice stay. Room was kept clean and we had a beautiful view.m but need renovation though.

One staff member was very rude and hiding water bottles from us like he owned the case after we took a couple free water bottles

Staff are nice and helpful. The room is spacious and centrally located with metro nearby. Just next to the opera house for performances and walking distance to Union station,St Andrew Church, Roy Thomas hall and Eaton mall. Convenient for non driver. The check in service is fast and room service is efficient with tasteful food. This is an environmental friendly hotel. No note pad can be seen. Therefore it is better to bring u own water bottle, tooth brushes and toothpaste and sandals. However, they do provide ironing equipment . The restaurant for breakfast are great.

Love the Hilton! We've stayed at several hotels in the area and this is by far our favourite. The pool is great for young kids.
