Check in and check out was incredibly easy. Lots of parking. Room was clean and fresh linens and towels daily if requested however we were there for three days and didn't feel the need. Would stay here again for sure!

We paid 200 CAD per night and were assigned a room on Level 1. This is the level where hotel employees store garbage and wash bedding. Because of this, the corridor smelled so bad that I had to hold my breath before getting into the room. The beds were very dirty and the toilet was leaking, stains all over the carpet. I tried to use the iron, but when I turned on the steam setting, it spat out a brownish liquid. If administration can’t fix a visible iron issue, I don’t want to imagine how dirty the mattress is or if it has ever been cleaned. I wanted to cancel the booking after seeing the state of the room and the hotel, but the administration refused. They wanted to charge me an 80 USD cancellation fee with zero refund . I would never stay in this filthy place again even I was offered to stay for free.

I cannot recommend this property. My major complaint is that management has let the overall quality of the hotel deteriorate to an unacceptable level. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel is poor. Hallways are dirty and need vacuuming. New carpets are needed. Also needs a serious paint job and/or replacement of wallpaper.

Not gonna lie, this “inn” completely deceived us. The lobby looks presentable, but once you get past that, the condition of the place is terrible. First of all, it’s very obvious their PTAC units (the AC/heat systems in the rooms) have not been properly maintained or even had their filters cleaned. Our room smelled like dirty mop water — musty with a very strong odour. It was unbearable. The only way to make it tolerable was turning the system off completely at the thermostat. Even then, the entire room still had this lingering stench. At night, because we couldn’t keep the air on, the room became incredibly hot and uncomfortable. We were constantly sweating. Ironically, they have air fresheners mounted throughout the hallways that are way too strong but smell decent. Unfortunately, air freshener only does so much when you can still smell the mustiness underneath it all. On top of that, there were bleach stains all over the hallway floors. The shower had black mould in the grout, and the corners of the bathroom floor had literal piles of dirt shoved into them. Absolutely disgusting. We had no choice but to complete our stay because we had already paid and were told the booking was “non-refundable.” I definitely would NOT recommend this inn to anyone. Even though the place seemed fairly busy, that does not justify the condition it’s in. Like the saying goes: you pay for what you get.

The best part of the stay is the restaurant attached to it. The hotel is dated. I know that this is a one off, but the water was shut off in the area for hours while a repair was performed. I know that is not on the hotel but that did also impact my stay. The towels were not hotel quality. They felt more like Terry rags and wow the staff did their best to keep it clean daily you cannot clean age. I stayed by myself so for a cheap hotel stay this will work for you, but again the age of the place plus was a major drawback. Also, they were the same man hanging out in the lobby daily. You could tell that they knew the employees these weren’t guests. It was almost as if they were the owners of some sort because they were giving the employees instructions, but they were dressed in like workout clothes, joggers with jackets and T-shirts. It was unsettling to say the least the vibe coming off of them was not friendly.
