Lovely staff and perfect location

The room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked the location of the hotel.

The entire staff was amazing!

This is a very hip and trendy hotel in a non-touristy area of London. This might not be the most ideal hotel for you, however, if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper. We had issues with a very loud bar right across the road. The hotel staff graciously changed our room. But our new room was just adjacent to the train station and we could hear trains passing by throughout the night. Be very specific with your room requests if you have any noise issues. Otherwise, it’s really a wonderfully designed and gorgeous property.

Didn’t eat breakfast. Room was compact but very clean. We were there 4 days and each day room was serviced to a very high standard. Only complaint was that the curtains were terrible, we were at the side the sun came up and the light came through them from very early morning. Apart from that we were happy with our stay. Coffee was lovely and whole atmosphere very chilled. Staff polite and attentive. Would stay there again

Great shower/ water pressure, AC/heating, comfortable bed, close to Waterloo tube station, close to restaurants, very clean, super friendly staff, love the bar/lounge on the main floor- this was our second time staying here and we love this place. It is our go-to London accommodation.

Lovely staff. We took advantage of the free drink from their cocktail menu instead of a room clean for just 2 nights. Great idea. Loved the free tea/coffee area outside the lift area. Great idea. Room was great. Bed was comfy

Great hotel within minutes of Waterloo

What a find. Right next to Waterloo Station. 5 mins walk, easy to find. Staff were lovely helpful, kind and hard working. Our room was really big 115.

Lovely room and great staff, great location

Understaffed. Hate using iPad to check yourself in. Put in disabled room with tiny low sink and no bed side table or lamp. No tea making facility in room (who wants to get dressed to make tea in a communal corridor then go back to bed?). Breakfast really poor. No plates, no yoghurt, no waiters, zero service. £25 for bread, jam and pastry? Employ some more people and actually provide a service. Won’t be going here again.
